Why is it good for the birder?
This
remote farm is surrounded by vast open plains - the core
habitat of Karoo specials such as Burchell's Courser, Ludwig's
Bustard and Black-eared Finchlark. The cottages overlook
the Tanqua River, where the denser vegetation attracts Namaqua
Warbler and Pririt Batis. Click
here for more birding information.
